Plasmid MiniPrep Column

biocomma® Plasmid Mini-Prep Column consists of a spin column and a collection tube. Utilizing the alkaline lysis method and the principle of silica membrane-specific binding to plasmid DNA, it enables rapid preparation of up to 30 μg of plasmid DNA. Purified plasmids are suitable for digestion, transformation, PCR, sequencing, and library construction.

Plasmid pUC19 was extracted from 4 mLDH5α bacterial
Plasmid DNA was extracted using columns from T Company and Biocomma NP30-A, with an elution volume of 75 μL. 2 μL of each sample was loaded for electrophoresis.
